This Fried ice cream is so delicious because of the texture of it self. Also this ice cream is not like other ice cream we know , from the name it self "Fried Ice cream" this ice cream is not refrigerated . The mixture of ingredients will put in a like a circular pan a with a high temperature and wait until the mixture will freeze after that you can enjoy it. This ice cream is not easily dissolve.
